Who we are
Silent Pound is a boutique loudspeaker maker based in Kaunas, Lithuania. Founded in 2022, the company builds speakers for people who care about both sound and form — objects designed to live in real spaces, and engineered to keep the room from taking over the music.
The project started as a personal pursuit by engineer Audrius Balčiūnas: to create a system that sounded clear, stable, and believable at home. That search led to deep modelling and measurement work, and later to collaboration with specialists in physics and acoustics at Kaunas University of Technology (KTU). One result of this work is a patent-pending midrange acoustic design, developed to shape how sound radiates into the room.
As the project grew, Martynas joined as co-founder to help refine the product into a complete offering — performance, build quality, and customer experience. To ensure the speakers are as distinctive visually as they are acoustically, Silent Pound also collaborates with industrial design talent to balance form and function with discipline.
We build in small batches, with obsessive attention to detail — because in this category, trust is part of the product.
